Tomatoes
In Jordanian and Palestinian cuisine, Galayet bandura (or Qalayet bandora) is a dish consisting of fresh tomatoes stewed with onions, peppers, olive oil, and salt. It is served with warm pita bread and is noted for its healthy ingredients.
Tuna
In Japanese cuisine, Tekkadon is a rice-bowl (donburi) dish that is comprised of thinly sliced tuna sashimi (raw fish meat) served on top of steamed rice. The tuna may be marinated in soy sauce, mirin, and sake, and can be garnished with sesame seeds, seaweed, and spring onions.

Tempeh
In Indonesian cuisine, tempeh is a food made from caked fermented soybeans. A common dish that uses tempeh is tempeh goreng, which is sliced tempeh mixed with garlic, coriander seeds, turmeric, salt, and kaffir leaves, and then deep-fried.
Tofu
